Description: Skat
[der; Italian scarto, "laid aside"]
Skat is a popular card game, especially in Germany - here it is next to Rummy, even to the most popular games ever. The game around stinging and stockings was developed around 1815 in Altenburg. It includes components of other games, including L'hombre, Tarot, and Sheepshead.
Skat is now played by the rules of the German Skatverbandes: with 32 cards in German or French paint, with at least 3 players, one of which always plays alone against the other two. Skat is an eye and stab game - the ranking of suits is the cross / Hangout / acorn = 12 eyes, spade / page / Green = 11 eyes, heart = 10 points, diamonds / rings = 9 eyes.
